The good news is the lack of common sense is a great source for good humor.

Besides, great humor is the perfect fuel we need to carry on during our projects.

Not so good news is the majority of the time we require plenty of common sense, even so, sometimes we require the most scarce variety of common sense of all, which is ultra fast common sense.

Nevertheless, during those ultra fast protocols we can feed ourselves with very intelligent humor as well.

Make no mistake, adversity is the mother of invention and also a great source to provide strength, however, do not confuse it with scarcity which will cause real problems in the long haul, specially the scarcity of talent.

Because some of the most challenging projects are those which have plenty of resources and deep pockets, except time, therefore time is of the essence.

The managers leading those kind of projects do not have excuses at all, they really need to have real talent and carry on and do it very fast.

War for instance, still is the most challenging venture for humans. During war, you not only have to outperform your opponent but also you should be able to adapt and change very fast on the battlefield. Moreover, you should be able to conquer and persuade your own society and gain the respect of your adversarie’s society.

When you are leading projects where money is not a problem, but time is of the essence, you face the recruitment of real talent issues.

And guess what, very talented people and real outliers are very bussy.

Even an offer that they cannot refuse, they will dare to refuse. Which leads us to another fascinating issue, which is to try to train natural intelligent people without the experience very fast. Redundancy is the key word when taking this approach, training a lot of people for the same position to have plenty of backup.

You should be able to devise every single anti plot for every plot against your plan.

Foreseeing the PLOPS (a.k.a Problems Out of your Problem-solving skill zone) will be more challenging, but you should be able to detect a common pattern for those during the early stages of your project.

Therefore, our Anti Plop and Anti Plot master plans will be a very important part of our strategy.
